board meetings

During the 2009/2010 year our regular board meetings will take place on the second Tuesday of each month from 12 noon to 1 p.m. (As of July 2009, the location is yet to be confirmed, but it will likely be Wesleyan’s Public Affairs Center (PAC), Room 421.) BYO lunch if you’d like. Our general membership meetings in November and May take place at 5 p.m. upstairs in the school's High Street building. Childcare and pizza are provided for these two meetings. The June farewell meeting is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. at a location to be announced. Parents are welcome to attend all meetings.
